  Staff are well educated in the fitness industry. Willingto help you when you have questions about an activity or Machine. Place is so well kept you'll hardly see the dust they clean it before your eyes everyday! Friendly environment. Men's and women's locker rooms are very very well kept for the members.

  Nightmare payment system. I won’t talk about the gym facilities as they meet expectations. But going about paying for this place was horrible. I first tried to buy a membership online and the website refused to work so they called be later that day to complete it over the phone, which I despise specifically because what ended up happening. I gave them my bank info over the phone and confirmed a 1 dollar pre authorization, 1 month later I received a $50 late fee and 2 months of the membership to pay because supposedly my payment didn’t work because of a typo. They then sent me to a weird site to change payment info and pay late fees. I paid… which I shouldn’t have had to, THEN on top of that the site still wouldn’t save the info that I used to pay the late fees as my new payment info. So I had gave up on this place and went to cancel AND GUESS WHAT? $35 cancellation fee. So I spent $170 on 2 months of a membership that should have costed me $70 at most.

  The Albany gym is always clean and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I am always greeted when I come in and the remember my name. Great place to be. Kyle the trainer is fantastic!!!

  I fell in love with this gym while visiting family in Albany a month prior to moving here. It is spacious, extremely clean, TONS of great equipment and even a movie theater! They offer all the classes you can think of, and they have a cute kids club, tanning beds, and a recovery room with massage chairs. The staff are always friendly and welcoming :) I absolutely love this gym!

  I think the staff be messing up how to do their things.I went in and signed and payed the 10$ fee to have my membership bumped down to basic instead of premium n I was told I’m all good to go,and then I get charged for the premium that same month.so I go in to ask about it and I’m asked if I want a refund or just keep it for the month n I said I’ll keep it since I got charged already.They were like okay you’re good to go so I try to get in the gym after it’s closed already like 2 weeks after already having payed the 50$ again and it says I’m not on premium.😆 like what lmao.only bad experience the place chill tho.
