  The brain train center of Oklahoma has been a lifesaver for our family. Our middle daughter who is 11, suffered from severe anxiety to the point where I had to pick her up from school one day because she was in the fetal position in the corner of the room. The first time we met Monica and Megan, our daughter was so afraid that we couldn’t even do the initial mapping. They both decided that it would be better to send her home with a home unit just to bring her anxiety down so she sees there’s nothing to be afraid of. We did that for about four weeks before we even started her initial protocol. We were finally able to get her mapped and completed an eight week protocol. After her first eight weeks, she made the largest single improvement that they have ever seen. We still have our good days and we still have our bad days, but overall we could not be happier with the results that we have received doing Nurofeedback at the brain train Center. There are no words that we can use to express the gratitude that we have for Monica and Meagan.

  My daughter was struggling with reading and, out of curiosity, my husband and I decided to do brain mapping for all 3 of us. I'm so glad we did! In 30 sessions, my daughter has shown amazing progress with focus and emotional regulation which has helped her improve in reading significantly! My husband is sleeping better than he ever has and is clearly so much more relaxed. I'm excited to see continuing improvement for both of them and to take my turn next. Monica and Meagan have helped our family so much!

  Neurofeedback has been a huge help for me. The brain training helped ease my anxiety and assisted in me having a much calmer mood. Also, it was a great non-invasive solution for me. I did all of my sessions from my own home. Thanks to everyone at the BrainTrain OKC.
