  I have been doing neurofeedback for some time now and I can confidently say it’s been a truly transformative experience! Monica and Meagan create such a comforting and calming space and it’s very clear they genuinely want to help you and address all of your concerns. Throughout my sessions I have had significant improvement with my sleep, prior to this I was experiencing debilitating insomnia causing intense daily fatigue. Overall, I am now feeling more focused and rested. I’m noticing that neurofeedback has enabled me to be more cognitively balanced and regulated. This has really allowed me to become more in tune with my mental health, stress levels and general well being. I highly recommend Brain Train Center OKC! They are committed to client care and making a positive change in their clients lives. I will always be beyond grateful for the personalized care and lasting effects I’ve seen with this treatment and look forward to continuing my journey with them!

  My daughter was struggling with reading and, out of curiosity, my husband and I decided to do brain mapping for all 3 of us. I'm so glad we did! In 30 sessions, my daughter has shown amazing progress with focus and emotional regulation which has helped her improve in reading significantly! My husband is sleeping better than he ever has and is clearly so much more relaxed. I'm excited to see continuing improvement for both of them and to take my turn next. Monica and Meagan have helped our family so much!

  Neurofeedback has been a huge help for me. The brain training helped ease my anxiety and assisted in me having a much calmer mood. Also, it was a great non-invasive solution for me. I did all of my sessions from my own home. Thanks to everyone at the BrainTrain OKC.
