Bought glasses couple months back but since they failed to offer an upgraded lens at time of purchase they want me to pay for whole new lens and upgrade now. So just be prepared to not be fully informed of all options then pay full price again if u decide you want the option when you finally figure out that it’s even an available option. Place is TRASH!!! Highly recommend anyone looking for glasses to shop elsewhere.

This time around I sat in the eye exam room for 50 minutes waiting for the doctor. I was not told beforehand that they were running behind, or given any sort of update while I was waiting.To make it worse, when I walked out to reschedule the doctor who had just finished with another patient, walked into another exam room. At what point they were planning on seeing me, I don’t know. Maybe another hour? If you’re on an hour lunch time crunch - come back later, if at all.
