The person helping me didn’t mention anything about lens options or adjustments. I had to tell her I needed high index. Any good optician should know to review the RX and offer lens choices best for that RX. She did not. She also mentioned nothing about adjustments and seemed stand offish when I asked if I could come back to get them adjusted. I ended up taking them somewhere else to get adjusted. The lenses themselves are high index polarized and there is a spot in my left lenses that is a blind spot. Completely black no matter how I turn my head. Experience 4/10, Service 3/10, quality of lenses 1/10. Overall I would not recommend to others and I would not come back.
