The staff is always really helpful and pay attention when I tell them what I'm looking for and what I need from my supplements.

Rude and poor customer service, repeatedly! Called the store, was put on hold and clerk never came back! Have ordered items in the past and was told I would be given a call when items came in. Never received a call, had to call them a week later to check on items. The Yale Street store treats customers so much better! Will always shop there!

Shopped here several times, staff has alway been friendly. They have a great selection of workout supplements. Only complaint is that they usually try to push testosterone booster products, and the stuff is way over priced. Hard to blame them for trying to make a sale though, that is what they are there for after all.
