  Overall, the experience was pretty good. The $89 eye exam was very reasonable, especially paying out of pocket. The doctor wasn't very personable or friendly, though, which made that part of the experience a little off-putting. I also would have appreciated a little more explanation and conversation about what I was experiencing with my eyes. On the other hand, I had a great experience with the LensCrafters staff. They were friendly and helpful while I was picking out my new glasses, and I was happy with the pricing and discounts I received. Overall, a good value and a great experience with LensCrafters, but I wish the eye exam itself had felt a little more personable.

  Great experience. The location is convenient with front door parking next to Lens Crafters. The office was clean and modern. I was pleasantly greeted immediately upon entry. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Pannell is thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

  Had an appointment at 9:30am Friday June 30th. Received a confirmation call from the office at 1:02pm on the Thursday before. Get to the office, and was told the doctor called in sick yesterday afternoon! Why didn't I get a call? I took off work to be there and completely wasted my time. 0 stars if I could. Go elsewhere. ** EDIT TO ADD: they didn't even offer to reschedule my appointment
