  Yuliya helped me out from start to finish! I thought I needed a repair on my frame and the system showed I needed an exam this year. She referred me next door for my exam and I came back to Eyemart for a new frame and lenses the same day, Thank you!

  Walked in, tried on around 10 pairs of glasses and not 1 employee said a word to me. No hello, welcome in or be with you shortly. I left.

  I have been buying glasses at Eyemart Express for years. Sadly this last time is the last. I came in the door with frames that I wanted to replace their crappy lenses where the finish wears off. Yes, I use THEIR eyeglass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to clean them. The lenses had UV and scratch coat on them but it flakes off and leaves a greasy film on them. You just can't clean them. I had my prescription with me. I didn't want to change the lenses. I just wanted them remade with no coatings. They can do that inexpensively in store. When I got there (1.5hrs before they close), I saw 1 couple shopping around for frames and a trickle of other people behind me. No employee was helping anyone. One lady was restocking or something. She was busy and moving fast. The other was sitting at a table. You have sign in to get anyone to talk to you. But you can come in the door, sign in and take 2 hours to look around and they are ahead of you in line. Dumb. Try multi-tasking. I have to. I am almost 75 years old working as an electrical engineer. The lady restocking told me she was supposed to be off and hour and a half ago and was only taking pickups. OK that left 1 sales person for everyone else. That's great planning. Not her fault as she was clearly frustrated too. Then I was called only to get an apology. She called me but took someone that came in after me. It may have been another pickup. That left me standing in the middle of the store after being called. Finally when it was obvious neither was doing anything, I got called again and apparently was still a burden. I told her what I wanted and she said she had to get approval from the frame tech. He said that the frames were too old to remake lenses for. The frames were nearly perfect. The tech in the back had pointed to places where the lenses stuck out. UH, that is called astigmatism correction...hello. Sorry but by this time I was really upset. They wanted me to buy another pair of glasses. I have a wide face and almost none of the frames in the store fit me. What this crew of geniuses didn't know was that the LAST time I ordered my glasses, I also ordered computer / reading glasses and they got the wrong correction in the wrong frames. To their credit they remade them after they figured out I was correct. Of course, I had to wait longer due to their error. It is sad really because I used to like this store. I have purchased numerous pairs of glasses from them over the years. Now I was being treated like a burden to them. This was already their second chance in my mind. Tomorrow I will be checking out other stores. If I have to buy frames there, so be it. I vote with my wallet.

  5/5 Stars We had an excellent experience with the customer service here. Jill, Lindsay, and another wonderful young lady whose name we didn't get were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Before coming here, we went to a few different eyeglass places in Tulsa that claimed they offered same-day service, but once we arrived, they couldn't actually do it. Eyemart Express was the only place that could get us in right away, handle our insurance smoothly, and get us on our way quickly. Highly recommended!
