  I am incredibly disappointed with my recent purchase of "flex" glasses. Shortly after buying them, my dog accidentally ran into my face. Given how these glasses are marketed—implied to easily withstand being sat on, bumped, or bent out of shape—I expected them to spring right back. Instead, they bent completely out of shape. When I returned to the store to address this, the employee who originally sold them to me claimed they "only flex in the middle." This feels like completely misleading marketing. You cannot brand a product around flexibility and durability if they ruin upon first impact. To be fair, the staff was friendly, and they did a good job trying to upsell me during the initial purchase. When I brought the damaged glasses back, they were able to fix the bend easily at the store. However, my overall experience with buying these "flex glasses" was not a good one.

  Amazing service came in to fix my glasses and a gentleman that works there was so sweet and fixed my glasses very quick check them out!!!
