  We thought about giving this place a try, even though all the reviews warn against it, but upon calling and not being able to reach anyone, then FINALLY getting a callback just for the receptionist to be extremely rude, and in a hurry to get off the phone, we'll definitely be going somewhere else. Id suggest getting rid of her.

  After my old OB retired and I got shuffled to a doctor that I wasn’t very comfortable with, in a practice that commonly had 1-2 hour waits to be seen for scheduled annual appointments, I decided to give Elite a try. And have been there ever since. Scheduling routine visits has never been an issue and I’ve not had more than a 15 minute wait to be called back. I’ve been seeing Dr Parks for several years and she has always been attentive to my questions, informative, understanding, and helped guide me with different options as I felt lost and confused while transitioning into perimenopause. On the rare occasion I’ve had questions about trying medications, or later decided to try something different, the office has been responsive to my messages and got the prescription submitted to my pharmacy later the same day. I have always felt Dr Parks understood what I was describing since all women go through similar journeys, but she has also helped me feel comfortable when discussing all questions…no matter how weird or awkward I felt about it. I’m thankful for their care and expertise.

  Trisha Parks was fine at first, but she gradually stopped seeing me personally and had her nurse practitioner handle visits. I wanted a consistent provider, but it felt like I was just a number. She wouldn’t discuss tubal surgery due to my age, even though I’ve never wanted kids. When I tried returning years later, the office made switching providers complicated and never followed up after they said they would. Unprofessional and disorganized.

  Whoever i spoke with on the phone was very rude and cut me off as soon as she could… Just wanted to ask if they deliver with st francis… considered switching obgyns at first but not anymore

  Nothing elite about this place I’ll tell you that, I called to make an appointment and the nurse was rude and dismissive, they kept telling me I have to wait even when I expressed that I’ve been having discomforts. I called again and nobody answered the phone either times. Find a different clinic asap
