  Having the worst day of my life ever an lady I've ever met in my whole life at a gym aiyana literally save my life help me charge my phone so I could get to my mom's brain surgery on time at St Francis frfr she's super professional and super kind and I feel like she needs a $5 an hour raise. she represented 10 perfectly and with super kind very knowledgeable about the 10 gym locations I live in owasso and she inform me that there is one there I will be changing from planet fitness to 10 gym solely because of this lady.   This gym is awesome! I love coming here at night. I had an issue with my membership and Patrick helped me out with it quick and easy. He keeps it clean and organized in here at night so I don’t have to look around for weights.

  The staff are super friendly and easy-going. Sam was a huge blessing today helping fit me into a good training regimen and showing me how I need to heal and grow healthily. I'll be staying for a while!

  Leaving a review specifically about the young black man with long hair who works mornings to afternoons. This man has been rude, judgmental and unpleasant every time I’ve encountered him. The first time I saw him, I walked in and he looked me up and down with an expression of disgust, rolled his eyes and ignored me when I said “good morning.” Since then, he has given me endless condescending looks, walked past me while I was using a machine and scoffed, gave me a flat, condescending answer when I asked a question and once, I looked up to see him staring at my stomach with a high school mean girl look of judgment. I will likely be changing gyms after 6 years of coming here because I feel so uncomfortable. This is the only staff member here who has ever been so unkind. To any gym employee: Please remember that while this might be your daily environment, it is very hard for some people to work up the courage to come to the gym. Just be kind.

  I have definitely had a 5/5 experience with this gym! Every staff member I have met has always been so nice and helpful. They have been welcoming at all hours of the day and always willing to make sure my workout is the best it can be! The gym itself is great and the equipment is also great. Recently had an issue with my membership and Monterrio at the south tulsa location was great about helping me and very understanding! Great gym would highly recommend!
