    I have nothing but good things to say about 10GYM already. I’ve always been a do it your own way kind of guy, but then I hit a plateau and I started having a problem with my elbow. One day out of the blue after working out at 10GYM for 10 years, Sam, give me a call. I think he’s the lead trainer at 10GYM in South Tulsa. He started talking to me about all of the normal things that a trainer would talk about, but then he asked to look at my elbow and I told him the problems I was having he then said I bet it’s a fascia problem we went through a few exercises and some stretches and in one session, my elbow felt better than it had in the last six months. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this young man you should book an appointment with him today!

    Just recently signed up with an introductory price I couldn't pass up. The entire staff here is energetic and encouraging. With my membership I was given a free personal training session with Sam. He was very understanding and extremely motivating. He came to with a personal plan to become more personally accountable while shredding these muscles.

    This is a review of Sam Bickel, of Lighthouse Training…the company that does all personal training at 10 Gym. He has been training with Lighthouse for 11 years. After observing Sam working with clients, I recently decided to have him work with me. I do aggressive circuit training six days a week and Sam has shown me incredible ways to improve and grow in my weight-bearing and cardio circuit workouts. He does not allow himself to be distracted by cell phones or any outside interruptions while working with a client, he watches EVERY single repetition and if I don’t extend all the way through, or pull back far enough on each repetition, or have any improper posture changes in the middle of an exercise, he is quick to correct and encourage. He has a tremendous knowledge, understanding, and wisdom in physiology, and I am honestly shocked how much he has improved my workouts. For a beginner or a seasoned athlete, I truly think he is the best trainer anywhere.

    I recently came to 10 gym and n a whim a few weeks ago. I just hit 3 months post partum and my postpartum depression was hitting a high. I knew I wasn’t prepared and didn’t have anything I would have wanted but I knew I just needed to go for whatever reason. I showed up and got a membership for me and one for the baby for the kid zone. Everyone was BEYOND nice and helpful and could see I was struggling and just needed some “me time”. I want to emphasize that I met with the trainer SAM from lighthouse and have been working with him every week since and he’s literally been a light back in my life. He’s helped give me the drive to keep coming back and not give up on myself. To keep working on me and not only my physical health but my mental health as well. His spunky outgoing personality has been an inspiration and I’m finding myself laughing and smiling more again because he’s helped give me the drive to be physically and mentally happy and working on myself again. I highly suggest Sam, he’s awesome!! I couldn’t thank him more because I know once PPD hits it’s extremely hard to get out of it and he definitely helped me realize all the reasons to not let myself get there again with this baby.
