  Having a very hard time for response from the doctor on my prescriptions. This go around 6 and 7 days. Today is 6/18/2026 still no call back or replies tom my concerns.

  I messaged them saying please dont give me katherine whitekiller because last time she dismissed my issue and told me its all in my head. Axis immediately replied “ i can schedule you with katherine whitekiller today or tomorrow “

  Update: communication is still poor at best and that extends to referrals and them talking to pharmacists as well. I'm going on 2 weeks of trying to get them to send a diagnosis code to the pharmacy and about 4 weeks trying to get them to send a referral for a sleep study. I sent a message over a week ago to the doctor and it is still unread. In all honesty I'm giving it a few more days at most and probably switching to a different network completely if things don't get better. New patient here, and I’ll update this review as time goes on. The doctor seems genuinely caring, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made the actual in-person experience positive overall. Unfortunately, the communication and scheduling side has been extremely frustrating. The app/website they require patients to use is very poorly designed. It doesn’t clearly show balances owed, so charges end up being a surprise at appointments. The messaging feature also doesn’t work properly, making it impossible to contact the doctor through the app. On top of that, when you call the office for help, you’re told to text or use the app — but the texts get blocked/marked as spam, and the app still doesn’t function correctly. The lack of reliable communication combined with long wait times for appointments has been a major downside. The care itself has been good so far, but the office systems and communication process seriously need improvement.

  It’s acceptable overall, but the facility has more of the feel of a government-operated clinic than a private medical practice. I have experienced issues with providers missing scheduled telehealth visits, as well as confusion and difficulty when attempting to arrange in-person appointments instead of telehealth appointments. Additionally, it often feels as though the providers are more focused on selling a product than on actively monitoring my health condition, evaluating how well the treatment is working, or ensuring I am doing well while using the medication. Due to these concerns, I will likely consider changing providers in the future.
