  This place is horrific. Here is why: Every single time I show up. I am made to wait quite literally almost 2 hours. I make this review in my patient room after having been made to sit in these horrible chair for 2 hours!!! I have heard the doctor talk to multiple patients who got here after me, and I quite literally am only here for chronic and severe back pain. I have yet to talk to the doctor for more than five minutes in these 2 hour visits and he doesn’t take my concerns serious, I went without my medication for four days due to him also not doing the pre authorization that was required (called 4 times different days about this no one could help except for the front desk ladies who couldn’t even do anything.) the doctor is so quick with me, rushed, and he hasn’t done anything differently that what my PCP was already doing. This place was honestly useless and a waste of time for me and I’m worse off for it. Pain isn’t any better, treatment is the same. PT even though it doesn’t fix the problem. And no one here seems bothered to try and help other than the kind ladies who aren’t actually responsible for anything medical. I’ve had bad doctor visits before, but this tops it. I can honestly say they have made me worse. Nothing different done, no human sympathy, and making me a person with lordoscoliosis, herniated discs, progressing neurological symptoms, severe uncontrollable pain that has taken my life from me…sit in the worlds worst chair for 2 literal hours. I haven’t even seen the doctor yet and I was a patient with an appointment. EDIT: waited 2 1/2 hours to finally see him. Told him what my pharmacist said he needed to do to get insurance to approve. He did not. He repeated the same exact thing that didn’t work last time and walked out the room without acknowledging anything I said. Talked to him for less than 3 minutes and my pharmacist luckily was able to change the dose to get it approved for me. Not the doctor. I am here now on my next appointment. I filled out all paperwork through my phone before coming here, checked in early. And somehow I’m still here waiting for 2 hours. I’ve been told by multiple sources that JAMES LACKEY is this way with everyone. The pharmacist also voiced complaints about him, bringing up how he is always at the front of medication issues causing numerous people including myself to go without. Ive been told by multiple sources that they have frustrations with him. And I bring up these issues to him, and he ignores it or brushes it off. Look through the other reviews you will see the proof

  They was no reason too dismiss me please send my records to Bristol hospice and I always took my meds the right way and you're pissed test is lying you had no right to cancel my appointment get ready 2 be sued for 75000 dollars by me no one has the right to dismissed me and I will come back one day
