  Took my grandmother in to have a her appointment It went great! We were in we were out. Bonus points for them. I was sitting in the waiting room with my left leg out in front of me, I had fallen up the stairs a few hours before they saw my swelling knee, gave me a nice sized refreezable soft ice pack saying it looked like my left knee could use it. Yes, I know those are not very expensive, but I was not the patient, I just drove my grandmother to her appointment. It did feel so good on my knee. I was impressed. Again I was not the patient. I was just sitting there in the waiting room. Yes they have seen me often before, I was just happy I was given an ice pack. It felt so much better.

  The new clinic, and staff have been amazing. Much improved from 10 years ago
