  I was approved for 12 sessions and just half way through, the deep knots in the muscles on my back and neck areas had began to break up and movement was less painful, the tension headaches that I had from theses tense muscles had reduced in number and strength. I had not had any type of acupuncture in the past and was a little nervous, but the Dr. and the staff made sure that nothing they did caused any pain.

  I've been dealing with a chronic upper back issue along with a recent injury to my posterior tibialis tendon (tendonitis). Both were not improving with home therapies. Going to a regular Doctor would only land me with prescriptions, told to not exercise (I train pilates /strength training for a living), and most likely expensive therapies. Instead I sought treatment with Dr Scott. She has been able to reduce 90% swelling and pain in my ankle, and almost remedy my back pain. I will continue treatment until fully recovered. I am just amazed that you don't have to seek the ordinary route to help heal and recover from injuries and chronic pain. Thank you Dr. Scott, you have improved my life!   I have experienced tremendous relief from acupuncture and cupping treatments at Harvest Acupuncture, especially for chronic neck pain, arthritis and severe muscle cramps. When I say severe pain and cramps, everyone should understand I couldn't hardly move my neck in any direction without having serious debilitating pain. Dr. Tracy and Amanda are professionals with a caring attitude and true attention to my needs. My pain levels decreased so significantly and my muscle mobility has improved so much that I highly recommend Harvest Acupuncture to anyone looking for highly effective pain relief.”

  If you’re looking for acupuncture in Owasso, I can’t recommend Dr. Tracy Scott enough. I had never tried acupuncture before, but I went in desperate for relief from severe back pain. The night before my first appointment, I ended up in the ER because I could barely walk. After medication, my pain dropped from a 12 to about a 4, but I was still struggling. After just one acupuncture session with Dr. Tracy Scott, I walked out with my pain at a 1. I was honestly shocked at how quickly I felt relief. Healing wasn’t instant, and I had a few ups and downs, but within two weeks I was back to about 85% of my normal daily activities. That kind of progress felt incredible after where I started. She also recommended herbal support that really helped my recovery. Her approach to holistic healing and pain relief made a huge difference for me. If you’re dealing with back pain, chronic pain, or looking for acupuncture treatment in Owasso, she is absolutely worth seeing. I’m a true believer now and would recommend Dr. Tracy Scott to anyone.
