  We’ve been with this group for four years now, and we see Dr. Albeik. Scheduling appointments has always been easy—whether by phone or through the portal—and we’ve never had to wait long. There have even been times when Dr. Albeik made space for us the same day when he felt it was necessary. He never rushes our appointments, even when we go past the allotted time. He’s incredibly attentive, and most importantly, a true master of his trade. He consistently makes us feel cared for, almost like family. We’ve also never had any issues with the administrative staff. Even though I can be a demanding person, they are always patient, professional, and willing to meet me halfway.

  They took very good care of my son and met his medical needs. Not sure what else there is to say about a good clinic. 🤷‍♂️

  I am suprised to see negative comments about Dr. Reddy. She has been my daughter's pediatrician for 12 years. I have never felt she was dismissive or anything. Ive recommended her numerous times in the past. Only took one star off bc the wait times in the past, but it looks like they are addressing that.

  Dr. Reddy is rude and seriously needs to work on bedside manner. When we requested to switch to a different pediatrician in the office, they wanted us to go to the office, fill out a form, have that form approved by the current doctor and the new doctor, and still wanted my son to see Dr. Reddy that day. If you’re going to make it so complicated to switch pediatricians, don’t keep such crappy ones on staff.
