- LVLynn VincentJun 25, 20261.0I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service at this location. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, the office called to cancel the day before. We rescheduled, re-verified our insurance information, and waited an additional three weeks for our visit. When I arrived with my family, we were met by an incredibly rude receptionist. When my mother attempted to call her insurance provider to resolve a real-time question—information that easily could have been requested during the three weeks we waited for the appointment—the receptionist spoke to her in a condescending and disrespectful manner. This was our first and final visit to this office. We will not be returning.

Heather assisted me at checkout she was patient, informative, and very kind. The doctor was also amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly.
