He never rushes you through an appointment, actually listens to your questions, and takes the time to explain everything. He always compares my results to last year’s to track any changes. I deal with hit-or-miss high eye pressure, so he makes sure I see a specialist to stay on top of it, and then goes over those results with me too. You can tell he truly cares about his patients. Couldn't recommend him more!

Jackie who handled the pre testing was not only thorough and pleasant but explained exactly why each of the tests -DRI, AR, IOP, VAs Motility , pupils, VF, and cover tests were required. Jacob in sales made certain that I was entirely satisfied with my choice of frames, took his time, and offered me all the options. Everything was clean and the appearance was inviting. The technology seems cutting edge and the tech who checked me in was very helpful and thorough, making sure I understood what she was doing. Dr Claborn was extremely helpful too. Turns out that I have both horizontal and vertical prisms in my vision. I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision with Dr Claborn to anyone seeking a professional and efficiently running optometrists. This is the 3rd optometrist's I have tried since moving here 5 years ago. I am not picky, the first one retired, the second one rushed me through my appointment and I didn't feel heard. This one was just right.
