- OMOlivia MooreSep 26, 20262.0This PearleVision is listed on the website as being the only one in the state that accepts Tricare, it was a 30 minute drive to come here to find out they don’t take Tricare. I hope they are able to get in contact with corporate and have this removed from PearleVision’s main website so as to avoid wasting anyone else’s time. The only reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the receptionists are polite and friendly.

- TCTammy Duncan- coultesAug 15, 20261.00000 BAD coustomer service. the lady charged me $139 for a pair of frames that was $79!!!!! did not use my insurance!!!!! said she did!!! .I paid over $990 for my glasses and sunglasses. then I ask for a itemized print out .when I saw the scam I ask for a manager to call me it took 9 day's to get her to call only to be rude and try to brush it off as a type o that had been fixed well that was in July I still dont have glasses or sunglasses and FYI after my insurance my bill was under $400 so if you do bissness here you better pay attention or you will get ripped off .terrible place i report them to better bissness bureau. And insurance comisoner avoid .
