  The eye exam itself went well, and my glasses were ready in about three days, which was great. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ended. When I picked up my glasses, the glare and reflections were terrible. I could literally see the whites of my eyes and even the freckles on my face reflected in the lenses. I wore them for a few days thinking maybe I just needed to adjust to my new prescription. When I called, I was told the problem was that my lenses did not have an anti reflective coating. I paid additional after the appointment to have it added and had to leave my glasses with them. After getting them back, I still had the exact same issue. I called again and was asked to bring them in for a third visit. That is when they admitted the anti reflective coating had never actually been added to my lenses in the first place. They kept my glasses over the weekend to correct their mistake. Today I went to pick them up only to find the office had closed at 4:00 p.m. without anyone calling or notifying me, even though they knew I was planning to pick them up around 5:30. The lack of communication, attention to detail, and professionalism at this location is unacceptable. I’ll be back with an edit update once I get my glasses back.

  terrible terrible experience, i was charged for an exam that was not an exam and prescribed eye drops when the doctor didn’t even do an exam, after purchasing $80 eye drops the issue is still not solved. the receptionist's have no real knowledge about their job and will give you inaccurate information. the manager pretends to listen to your concerns but again no real issue is resolved. wish i could give 0 stars!

  Very fast and fully explained the imaging on my eyes which I have never had done in 30 years. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

  It is April, I saw my eye doctor in December (all bells and whistles). Attempted to begin care here and update my script (with in network insurance) & was told that a $40 retinal imaging was MANDATORY regardless of patient’s wishes or the fact that it was done (options I might add) less than 6 months ago. Due to this highly unreasonable insistence I was unable to receive care here.

  Friendly staff. Was in and out quick. Reasonable prices. Will definitely be back next year when I need my eyes checked!!!!
