  Dr. Richards and his staff are wonderful. He is so thorough when explaining conditions and the options available for treatment. I have had three surgeries with him and they all have went very well. His staff is very responsive. He is just the BEST. I am so thankful to have him as my ENT.

  Dr. Richards is just the absolute best! I have had three surgeries with him and he is always so thorough when he explains what the issue is and the options available to fix it. His demeanor is just wonderful. The staff is great too. They are sweet and very responsive. I think I have just the BEST ENT and I am so very thankful for him and his staff.

  If you are looking for an ENT that truly listens and takes the time to identify the root cause of your issues, Dr. Rick Visor is your guy! He has helped me and my family for the past 25 years, and we couldn’t recommend him more highly. His knowledge, care, and willingness to really listen to his patients set him apart from the rest.

  I tell you, I arrived at their office scared, and my anxiety level was crazy…..so worried about the diagnosis. Doctor Richards was great! He put me at ease, was kind, helpful, and informative. I have been to a lot of doctors, and a lot of hospitals, and this was definitely one of the best medical experiences I’ve had. Oh and the diagnosis was negative. I would definitely recommend their office and Dr Richards to any and everyone.

  Dr Visor and his staff have always been very professional, polite and knowledgeable with diagnosing my issues. I am always confident with the options he provides for my treatment. My quality of life has been changed forever. I am very thankful for his friendliness and hands on approach to fixing my ears and allowing me to breath.
