On Friday morning, I called Oklahoma Otolaryngology Associates and explained the situation, hoping they could somehow fit her in. Even though they were clearly very busy, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding, and they gave my mother an appointment the same day. Dr. Pierson was wonderful. He listened carefully and patiently to all of our concerns, thoroughly examined and cleaned my mother’s ear using advanced equipment, and prescribed the right medication. You can immediately tell that he is experienced, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his patients. After weeks of pain and sleepless nights, my mother finally slept comfortably and woke up this morning without pain. Everyone in the office was warm, professional, and friendly. Five stars honestly do not feel like enough for this clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Pierson and Oklahoma Otolaryngology Associates
