Not the case this time. A great atmosphere that started with reception, then the same personal treatment with assistant Mandy. (Great young lady) Dr. Hirshburg took it to the next level. Kept me informed with every step of the process and made me feel like I was his most important patient. I'm very glad I was given this referal, he's a fantastic doctor. I hope you never need MOHS surgery but if you do you'll not find a better surgeon nor staff than the team that took great care of me today. These folks are 5 star worthy all the way.
