  I have sat in the office for almost 4 hours with walk-ins after me being called. When asked I was told they all had appointments, I know for a fact(the lady told me her and her son were walk-ins). When I asked I got a sorry excuse. I'm still sitting her because I've already invested my day. Supposed to be next.....that was an hour ago. I have never had this issue here until today. So disappointed!!!!!

  I'm surprised by all the positive reviews. I just need to order contacts and every time I'm on the phone w/ them they put me on hold for over 15 to "pull my chart". Seriously??? 5 times I've called between 9:25 and 10:30! Do better!

  Bought my eyeglasses at a different location, but I kind of wish I'd have just come here. This location wasn't as busy, but had the full selection of frames and because no one was hurrying - there was time for me to ask more questions. This team helped me by swapping out my lenses for the anti-glare option, and refit the glasses to my face. As a new "wearer," I was very appreciative for their knowledge and willingness to explain and set proper expectations. I'll buy my next pair here. (FYI: I paid out of pocket, no insurance. Cost roughly $280.)

  So this is definitely my last time having an experience with eyemart express. I arrived, stood by the sign in sign for 20 minutes, nothing to sign into. Then stood and watch this lady help 4 people who came in after I did, while I stood up front patiently. Then when it's finally her turn to help me she tells me I have to wait for her to deal with a customer she was helping prior to all of the people she just helped besides me came in. I don't know who is doing the hiring but the is the second location I've had to deal with unnecessary bs and bad attitudes. Would not recommend the company to anyone due to my experience.

  They did a great job while helping us out. She explained everything thoroughly to us so that made things so much easier. Very helpful and quick process. Great job!
