  I went in as a walk in at 10 am this morning! I have never been there before. By 11, I was in the back being seen! Everyone in this office was absolutely amazing! I haven't been to a eye Dr in over 5 years and this was the best experience! Dr. Chang was so great and listened when I told him I had a hard time doing the eye tests! Then I went to get my glasses and was helped by Nicole! She is amazing! She walked my husband and I through everything and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses! Then I got a second pair of sunglasses free!!! I have literally cried halfway home (a 1 1/2 hour drive) because I can finally see again! Thank you to everyone here, you are truly a blessing to me!

  We were greeted warmly upon entrance by Charla. She thoroughly explained what insurance covered and was attentive to our needs. Very friendly and helpful!

  They were helpful when I got my actual prescription glasses 2 weeks ago. While I was there, I asked if I could get my sunglasses that I bought at a different eye glasses store in my prescription and I got told yes. So when payday hit, I went back up there to get it done, they took my sunglasses to the back (again) to see if they can do it. The manager there said they couldnt which confused me since I was told the opposite last time by the worker who was there today! They tried to say it's because my sunglasses were brand name which wasn't the case! Yes, they are a different brand of sunglasses but its not like their GUCCI or something. I'm a little disappointed since I was wanting to use my new sunglasses before I leave on my trip next weekend. Now I had to go to a different eye place and wait up to 2 weeks to get them done. Why tell a customer yes you can help them and then change your mind 2 weeks later?

  Yesterday went to Eyemart. I was really impressed about how courteous and timely the employees were. I’ve been to another Eyemart and every single time it was a whole day experience. We were in and out in less than an hour. Thank you Charla for being so amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend Eyemart on SW 3rd and MacArthur.

  Fast and friendly people. Helped me find the glasses that fit and looked great
