  Great experience at this location. Love my glasses and I didn't have to wait that long. Aaron is super cool and very helpful.

  Absolutely unprofessional. Voiced before I left how it was blurry / I could see something in the lense. " give it a few days, if its not better come back." I call this morning (2 days later) I'm told "the employee should have asked you about adding anti glare before they were made, itll be 85$ or they can refund which can take up to 4 weeks." ( then another 2 weeks for a different office to make them) Very upset, I then call Precision vision and talk with their optical department. I'm informed that they do anti glare with every lense. Messengle eye care "asks every patient before ordering their glasses if they need or want it." They both explain that they can cover what I need for a little out of pocket cause it maxed my insurance with the glasses themselves. Call this office and the manager Traci explains that they dont EVER ask people about anti-glare. They wait till they have an issue, then voice it's an option. ( Come to find out she was the one this morning who told me the employee SHOULD HAVE ASKED AND MADE THE MISTAKE NOT ASKING). Now she's saying they dont ask at all. Completely unprofessional, and corporate agreed. I also informed them I was making this because someone managing a store that sells glasses should do their job, especially when its as simple as informing patients of ROUTINE THINGS whom you're helping with a prescription. If you're going here, make sure you do the foot work before. Or you'll end up like me doing the foot work AFTER to get glasses you can actually see out of. The options they have now laid out before me 1-wait 2 weeks till I'm able to pay 85 for another eyemart express to fix this bs ( I could have swung it that day had she asked) . Or wait up to 6 weeks with extremely blurry eyes to do business with a more professional office. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD!!!

  The one in OKC on Sante Fe excellent. Very accommodating, friendly and courteous. Highly recommend. The one In Midwest City Ok. Don't recommend. Not helpful or accommodating for a repeat customer. The person I dealt with was not helpful and honestly kind of rude. Not very professional.

  Tracy was absolutely amazing - so helpful and worked to find what would be best with our insurance and we got 3 pair of glasses in less than an hour. She was awesome!!!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Eyemart Express. The customer service was poor from the moment I walked in. I was standing in line waiting to be helped, but instead of acknowledging me or even letting me know someone would be with me shortly, an employee went on to help another customer who had just walked in. Being ignored while waiting and then watching someone else receive service first was frustrating and unprofessional. A simple acknowledgment or explanation would have gone a long way. Customer service starts with treating people fairly and respectfully, and unfortunately that did not happen during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue so future customers don't have the same experience.
