- BTBrandon TrenaryJun 9, 20264.0ive been going to eyemart express for years to get my glasses because they are the only ones i can get my prescription safety glasses from quickly and not have to wait weeks for them. i would have given 5 stars but this year when i went to pick up my glasses they weren’t tinted yellow like all the previous year ones were. i was not told that due to the nature of the lenses they couldn’t tint them anymore but its never been a issue in the past. the employees were very polite and helpful
- DWDanny WolfeJun 3, 20261.0I got glasses from them and they were good they were made by Scott. I accidentally scratched those glasses and used my warranty and got new ones. These are the worse glasses ever and I’ve had to wait for 30+ minutes just to ask for and get the replacement, mind you there is ONE person in the store and most of the people waiting’s problems took less than a minute (there were like 3 people). 30 minutes give or take. Now, when I finally get my glasses they are TERRIBLE. They creak and aren’t comfortable and are just horrible! I ask if Scott still worked there because I had him make my glasses before and they were perfect. HE GOT FIRED?! Your best worker and honestly the only reason I even came to this store and you fire him. This place has gone downhill. Don’t come here if Scott isn’t here. The staff here are lovely but upper management IS TERRIBLE! Guys you can work for a better company!
