I simply asked for a solution possible until a treatment plan was made. Then I called in Mika and explained what I had just experienced with Misty. She was very professional and displayed compassion for what I had/was going through . I have many years experience in the medical field and have never encountered such coldness as I did today. Thank you Elite front desk personnel and Mika for being authentic in providing Superb Customer Service .
