She managed the guy in front of us with her kind & pleads behavior. With Ronnie she was high energy, had a quick & beautiful smile, was quick to make sure the dates for the next appointment was appropriate & had a sense of humor. We were very comfortable with her. This position sets the mood for the visit & the exit with a positive feeling about the visit. Hope you can hang onto her. Attitudes are everything!!
