Love love this studio and the wonderful staff!! I've never felt so welcomed and motivated until I came here. They really get you moving and help to clear your mind. I love that they allow you to adjust yourself in ways your bodies need to. The classes are fun and very upbeat. All the instructors are very energetic and they really remember you. I also love that the studio is spacious and brings in some natural sunlight into the room. I love it!

I have never been an athletic person, but I am very much enjoying my barre3 classes. The exercise has healed an overstretched muscle in my hip, allowing me to walk 16,000 steps in a single day when we did the hanging bridges, a waterfall trek, and a volcano hike on a trip to Costa Rica over Christmas. I may have been one of the slower ones, but I finished the hikes. I have had classes with three different instructors and each class has been helpful and fun. There are many things I cannot do in class, but there are always modifications which do work for me. I look forward to seeing how much more I can do as I continue. Thanks, barre3!!!

I am 74 years old. I had always been active and pretty fit until last yeAr when i had a spinal fusion in my low back due to degenerative discs. I spent 6 months doing nothing while recovering and another 6 trying to find some kind of workout I liked. Yoga was too slow, old people’s classes were boring and so was the stationary bike. I wasn’t too motivated and almost gave in to the “I’m too old....I’ll just give up” ideology. Then I heard about Barre from a friend and decided to give it a try right after Christmas.
My first class was awesome. I loved the energy, the instructors,, the movement and the philosophy and the attention to mindfulness and breath work. This one hour gives me all I need in one place: cardio, strength training, balance and stretching, plus the group energy to motivate me. So I signed up for the Jan. Challenge and just completed my first week of 3 classes. Yes, Im sore. Yes I was tired and pulled a muscle behind my shoulder blade. But I have kept coming back and now it’s better. I’m hooked!
