  If you're looking for a good place to better yourself, then look no further.10GYM finally got me in the gym no other place could achieve such a simple goal. BUT THIS NORTHWEST EXPRESSWAY LOCATION IS WHERE IT'S AT!. Well let me explain. I've been on the job site for 40 years. I've been able to create the best form when it comes to building a house. But if you don't keep that healthy GYM style controlled form, you are bound to end up with injuries. Especially with the bad diets (rollers at 7:11 in the morning)... A lot of times these are the reasons that people are uncomfortable to go to the gym. I've been to many other Gyms and locations. The front staff (Dre in particular)at this location, makes you feel amazingly human. Once they open the pearly Gates and get you checked in. Next step you are introduced to Norman 🍀 this guy is amazing! He's YOUR PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER... WHAT?, but let me tell you that's an understatement he is so much more. His experience is very extensive, he's been doing it for like 22 years. He's seen it all he's heard it all, so feel free to let him know! Celebrities did and why are they happy just like me. Whatever diet issues or possible injuries,health conditions and finances this guy can work with anything. Because trust me I have issues in all of those fields. So if you can afford it, it's just a little time. Trust me you deserve it! Let Norman know what you got going on and your goals and he will get you on the right track. Thanks Norman and everybody at 10GYM.

  Just had an amazing session with Norm. He set up goals for me, gave me a nutrition list that has a lot more stuff on it than I expected. It also has a few things to avoid that I'd been avoiding anyway. If I'm going to live to 70, this is what I need to do. And his guidance is going to get me there.

  Today was the first time in over 8 years I had ever even stepped foot into a gym in order to actually hit a workout, with my membership I got a meeting with a personal trainer. My trainers name was Norm right off rip he introduced himself with genuine excitement to welcome me to the gym and see what my goals for the gym were. After about an hour of discussion and workout I am thrilled to be going back to the gym as much as I can. Norm was amazing walked me through everything we did step by step and pushed me to finish the workout at the point where I often gave up in the past. Norm also discussed meal plans and other things that I need to cut out of my diet in order to achieve my goals! I am thrilled to be working with norm to accomplish my goals in the gym and can’t wait to get my next workout in!
