  I would not recommend this location. On January 3, I was told my vision benefits only allowed me to purchase a **6-month supply** of contact lenses, so that's what I bought. Now I'm being told my insurance actually covers a **12-month supply**, but because I already purchased the 6-month supply based on the information they gave me, my insurance won't cover the remaining contacts. It's frustrating to be penalized because I relied on incorrect information provided by the office. Customers should be able to trust that they're receiving accurate guidance about their insurance benefits. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I won't be returning.

  The best staff and the best eye doctor ever. Dr. Nguyen took time to explain all my options. Thanks girls and doctor, I will see you next month for New beginnings.

  Best vision exam I’ve ever had. I’ve been here twice now and have been so happy with the results of correcting my vision. I go to an Opthamologist for my eye health and have also had vision exams there. I was very skeptical about going to a Pearl Vision and the quality of the exam. The Optometrist is great! He did a better job than they were able to to at my Opthamologist’s office. The staff is extremely friendly and patient when helping you pick out the frames you want. Very very happy here. I’m hard to satisfy and there is not a negative with this office!

  My family and I (family of 4) have used Pearle Vision of Norman for several years (10+). However, I will not continue to use them in the future. They have become hard to work with and very disrespectful. Had an issue with getting my sons contacts and so I asked to purchase some (4 days worth) of the trials until the order arrives, if it arrives on the day they say they will, and they would not do that. I am very disappointed with them and would not recommend them for anyone in the future. They DO NOT CARE about their loyal customers.

  Everyone was so nice and friendly.The young man who did my eye exam..forgot his name think he's the manager was awesome and Dr.Nygen was excellent.And the young lady who helped me with my glasses was very kind.Thanks again for great experience.
