  I’ve never been to a doctors office where you walk in and two minutes later you’ve already been taken back to see doctor, very impressed. And you fell like they cared about your problem the PA I seem was very sweet, I wish all offices were like that.

  I came in for stopped up ears and constant sinus drainage in the back of my throat., the PA examined and clean my ears and pronounce that there was no fluid. He did not do any other kind of examination, not even to look at the drainage in my throat. Declared the drainage was due to Gerd. He asked no questions nor did he take any history about being a problem. Stated that my ear stopped up hearing loss. He did not explain why it comes And goes continually. This is the second time I have had a bad experience dealing with a PA instead of my doctor. The last time, the young woman had no solution for me. It was Christmas Eve. She declared that she hoped I had a Christmas miracle. I think next time I'll insist on seeing a doctor.

  My doctor is the only person in years that helped me with my burning tongue. The dentist didn't know what to do. I am so thankful and all this was the first time I seen her . She was great and so is the staff! Thank you Jennifer Dickerson!

  3 years ago I went to see Dr Jeremy Moore and had a great experience with him and his staff! Fast forward to yesterday 5-5-2026 I called his office needing to see him asap and his staff was very friendly and made arrangements for me to see Dr Moore. I went to his office and the staff was super helpful and friendly. I saw Dr Moore for a problem with my ear canal and he provided care and relief for me! I highly recommend Dr Jeremy Moore for any ENT needs!

  Recently had a septoplasty which was fine in and of itself. I appreciated the staff and the surgeon did a great job. However, over a week later I’m still eating soft food due to debilitating throat sores from being intubated. My wife has been intubated twice, my father in law was recently intubated for a triple bypass and neither had lingering impacts from their experiences. Whoever is doing this procedure at the surgery center needs to recertification or needs to have that duty removed from them.
