  Said my heart rate was two high after sticking my finger twice!! Told me to go sit for 10 or 15 minutes asked to go to the bathroom. The MOMENT I walked out the bathroom 5 MIN is all they have to give me is what they said so I didn't get to sit down or anything straight away scanned me again with a SMALLER Cuff and deferred me for my heartrate being the same. Well duh I didn't even get to sit for one minutez then called me a liar in front in the manager on dutie who AGREED with her. No way I had any reason to lie about what she told me and she her self said the first person of the day is usually the one she messed up with to get back on the grove hins why I got stuck in the finger twice. But could t talked to anyone no one cares it's one less person they have to deal with. Smh just becarul and don't go hoping to get in if it's busy they look for ways to turn people away...

  never have had a problem with donations up until two days ago, none of the phlebotomist have ever had troubles sticking me, until i came across mary. i use the same arm everytime, always in and out under an hour. when was she checking for a vein sticking me, it was coming across as she was unsure where to stick. she sticks it in kind of funny looking, it takes a little bit of blood out, then proceeds to continually say “no flow”. it wasn’t the machine nor myself that was the problem it was the stick. it was uncomfortable it was painful, so as two other techs come try and adjust it and fix the issues. the last one i think his name was Emaj disconnected me and said id receive a full payment, that was 2 days ago and still haven’t received it. every time i call to ask them to ask when it will come, all they say is, “they’ll get to it when they get to it”. i understand its been busy but waiting two going on three days for a simple 45 dollar payment is not right. please fix this as i am still waiting for payment. and on top of all this, i’ve also been deferred for 56 days bc the machine couldn’t return my blood all because of a HORRIBLE STICK!

  Horrible place got stuck 3 times the last time my arm swelled up like a ballon it took yelling to get someone’s attention to come and take it out and then didn’t even clean me up and then said well we can’t pay you unless we stick you again would never recommend ked plasma

  I would give less than 1 if I could! My daughter came out COVERED in blood where they messed her arm up!! The stuck the wrong vein well not even a vein A ATERY!!!!!! She had a 2inch lump and squirting blood out of the injection site with the needle still in there. They NEVER even cleaned her up sent her out covered in blood! When I went to ask for something to clean her they were rude as hell!!!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

  This woman that is a screener, named Katie, black hair was very unprofessional with me today. I walked in a signed up and went to sit down, now this was a busy day already so I had to sit in the second row because the entire first and half of the second was filled up. Katie looks at me, and goes out loud "does anybody know who this little girl is? Is anybody with this little girl?" And I replied "me?" And she said "yes" I said "I am not a little girl, I am 20 years old" and she said "im sorry, just look how young you are, do you guys see it" just completely belittled me infront of a group and it was so unnecessary to accuse instead of asking me for my age. Very wrong and her higher ups are going to hear about this because this really hurt, bullying at its finest.
