  Came in today to donate did the sign up at kiosk and went to the restroom like I always do before donating come out and for first time I find out my thing was canceled so had to do questionare twice not happy about that

  Worst plasma center in the world. Dont go to this place the manager there is very rude and disrespectful and was causing a scene in front of her customers and employees. That lady has no business being a manager. If I could give zero stars I would.

  Tyeesha was my superhero today... See did a vein check... She introduced herself ... she shook my hand and greeted me with the biggest smile... very well-mannered great bedside manners as well fast friendly and very reassuring ...honestly probably one of the best sticks that I've ever had in this facility.💯💯💯 Honestly I was expecting it to hurt but I did not even feel the initial stick. Definitely my superhero for the day she earned a Red Bull so she can get her wings. 💯💪💯💪 Ty Ty... last but not least she has the biggest smile 😊

  I was originally recommended to come to this clinic by a worker at another plasma facility who told me this place paid more. After looking into it further and reading the reviews, I have decided not to even come in. The reviews are extremely concerning. On top of that, I found out this clinic does not pay based on weight. They pay a standard amount no matter how much you weigh, even though donors who weigh more may have more plasma taken from them. In my opinion, that is not fair or transparent. I was also told by a worker at another facility that plasma is extremely valuable and that companies can make thousands of dollars from plasma products. Whether the exact amount varies or not, the point is clear: donor plasma has major financial value, while donors are often paid a small flat amount. If a clinic is taking different amounts of plasma from different donors, then the payment structure should reflect that or at least be clearly explained upfront. People rely on plasma donation income, and donors deserve honesty before wasting time, gas, and energy going to a clinic. Based on the bad reviews, the pay structure, and the lack of transparency, I have decided not to donate here and will be going to CSL instead.
