  I would award them 5 stars if they had provided better explanations and not given the impression that they were exceptional simply due to their 30 plus years of experience. Kenton assisted me in locating my glasses, but the primary drawback was the wait of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes before being informed that my glasses would be ready in 20 minutes, during which time I was idle. Meanwhile, the staff, including Tina, appeared to be observing us. They did not mention that I would receive a text message once my custom glasses were ready. I am concerned about the protocol for customers without phone battery or without their phone. I did not appreciate the manner in which we were regarded, feeling somewhat ridiculed. I believe an apology would be warranted regarding the service I received.

  My experience at Eyemart was excellent! Kayton helped me and was extremely knowledgeable about the different frames and lenses that I could purchase! I needed one pair to watch tv, without the bifocal! It works perfectly! My bifocals should be in - less than two weeks!

  It was really nice. The staff were knowledgeable and very kind. Tina helped me out and made sure I knew what all I got and what was covered when I got my glasses and it was greatly appreciated.

  Had the best experience with Kinsleigh at the front, she found the frames right away and we were all done within 30 minutes and now I’m able to see again. She was very patient with my terrible ADHD too thankfully ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  By far the most hospitable eye care I have ever received. Kenton and Michael both went above and beyond, and were extremely kind and helpful.
