  Dr Nguyen was skilled and did a good visit. All equipt seemed state of art, and the staff was very good.

  The doctor was very nice but the staff member that was doing the billing of insurance for my contacts was a real Nasty female. When I asked her questions, she’s had freckles all over h her face I didn’t catch her name. The women looked annoyed. She was the one that has freckles all over her face. She was very rude and hateful to me. She looked at me like if someone had passed gas and it was me. She made me feel very weird and uncomfortable did not wanna explain nothing to me and wanted to charge me full price when I only have one eye it probably don’t make sense to people that are reading this, but she wanted to charge me for two contacts instead of one contact because I only have one eye anyway we went round and round and got nowhere very unpleasant woman

  While Dr. Nguyen carried himself professionally as always, the staffs attitude changed when I informed them that I will have to wait until my next payday to complete payment for the service. Although staff was informed of this prior to the exam, judgemental gasps and looks, followed by a dramatic explanation of policy and how "I should not have even been seen" and "legally I can't give you anything" drawing stares from other customers. Completely unprofessional. Often times the difference for return customers can be the hospitable nature of the service provided, often from one person. I plan to return for my eye exam results but will be finding another retailer thereafter.
