Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate and affordable primary health care to residents of Northeastern Oklahoma, in Wagoner and Muskogee Counties.
AVV Health Center’s third facility, the Muskogee Health Center – West was opened in March 2018. It is located on highway 69 in the western portion of Muskogee, Ok. This facility houses our patient call center and a large portion of our patient case management team.
