  Louis was amazing! He took my Insurance walk me through every step, he waited on me to pick out two pair of glasses, he also talked me into the process of Meta AI glasses outside of this franchise. For Muskogee to broken arrow Eyemart express thank you for hands-down The best customer service I had ever had for optometry.

  Website says closes at 7. Drive an hour to be met with closes at 6. Pretty po’d about it

  Seeing that they have now replaced emerald ( former store manager) with a new one I am very excited to be a returning customer again as I do not appreciate a rude employee, but this new one is an absolute charm and has turned this store back into what it was back when Dan was running things. We love our 2 new pair and the young woman was great fantastic thank you again very much we will be back in 365 days ☆

  Max Francis is great however I am going to have to go back because the bifocal part of my glasses is not working. It seemed to be fine at the time by the time I got home everything was blurry so I’ll be going back and get them to just come and they will with no problem. Thank you for your effort.

  The bigger woman who sits at the front desk was rude. I noticed she greeted everyone who walked thru the door and even put them on a waiting list. I asked to be put on a waiting list as well and she asked what for and told me another lady would help me. She didn't acknowledge me until my child got up from his seat and then she looked at me and said to not let my child play. He wasnt playing at all. I watched 4 people get helped before me who came in after me. Thankfully the man who is always there helped me before I got too mad and said something. Hes been there a long time like she has been but he stays professional.
