  So.... A few years ago, I went to Eyemart Express, and purchased 2 complete pairs of glasses. Then last year I had a new prescription and went back to them, and tried to get them to put the new lens in both pairs of frames, But the lab guy refused, saying the frames were too "brittle", which is not true, so he ended up putting my new lens, in one of the frames instead of both. Though both the frames were purchased originally from them at the same time, but he refused to put the new lens in both the frames. Even though I wanted to purchase 2 sets of lens for the frames. Yesterday I broke one of my frames, the one of course that had the newer prescription in. I went back to them today, explained I wanted to purchase a set of lens from my current prescription and put them into the frames that wasn't broken. Again, tech guy refused. Trying to say they were too brittle and discontinued. So I also had another frame that I took with me in case he refused the other one like I assumed he would do just like last time. He refused to use the other frame also. Claiming it too was brittle. Which wasn't true. I talked to the lab manager and he refused to override the tech guys decision. So , now I have to wear the existing glasses that has the older prescription in. I can still see out of them but they are blurrier than what the other pair was that I broke. Moral of the story a few years ago I paid in full for 2 pairs of glasses, and was told that yes they will put in lens in current frames that the customer has. But that is a lie. They refused to do so twice now. Even after I paid good money for the 2 pairs, they refused to use the frames because they wanted me to end up purchasing another new frame that I didn't need. I will never go back to them.

  Thank goodness I came here instead of back to Stanton. Chris was patient and knowledgeable and was awesome. Coy was also very nice and even adjusted my other glasses that I didn’t purchase from them. Excellent customer service and care! Thank you!

  Paid for the last pair of glasses I’ll ever buy from eye mart this morning. 750 bucks for a pair of glasses and those are cheap frames. Go elsewhere people. This place is a scam.
