- KPKathy Patterson3 days ago5.0Love ALL staff here. They are very pleasant to work with. The younger Dr. Head was the one that figured out my vision issue. I got it fixed and have not regretted it at all. Thank you all.
- CGChloe GailAug 1, 20265.0I called the Family Vision Clinic on a somewhat desperate whim this afternoon (a Saturday when the office is closed) due to a stye causing my vision to become blurred. Within 30 minutes I received a callback from Dr. Head and another 30 minutes I received a text that my prescription had been received. Dr. Head took the better part of an hour on gus Saturday afternoon to accommodate my situation and I'm very grateful!

- CACraig AllenJan 9, 20191.0I call the office the lady was unpleasant, grouchy, and moody, then ask for appointment, I wouldn't get appointment for over 1 month 2 weeks time. you must be pleasant to talk to customers, and try to be happy, i will not recommend this place due to attitude from the employees, and getting a timely appointment as i needed my prescription for work asap. just think if the examiner is this bad too and just might poke my eye out for having a bad day!!!
