  I have had my hearing aids for going on 4 yrs now and Gary and Tina were so friendly every time I have stopped in. They have treated me so well that now that I live further away from them I also drive out of my way for their customer service! I recommend Miracle Ear and I strongly recommend their assistance.

  Be very careful. During a promotional open house last January 28th, they had a company sales rep in helping to making sales. My 78 year old mother had a hearing test on that day and the sales rep fitted her with a pair of aids, and she could hear perfectly. He sold us a refurbished pair and said they would work like new. We agreed and bought them on the spot. However, he failed to explain that there were 5 levels of aids, or that the pair she was sampling was a level 5 (the best) and that the set he was selling us was a level 3. They came in 2 weeks later, in their quite office they seamed to work ok, but in the real world they did not, in fact they are horrible. We have been back multiple times to have them adjusted and still they are horrible. Level 3's simply do not provide the level of hearing correction needed for my mom's specific situation. We tried to return them after the first 2 adjustments, only to find out that the 30 day warranty had expired and we were now stuck with them, with no recourse but to keep trying to have them adjusted. The Jenks office staff Gary and his wife Tena Pagett are wonderful people, always professional and very helpful. I believe they are completely honest. But their hands are tied and cannot do anything to help get them replaced or to get a refund. We sent in a detailed complaint letter to Miracle Ear Corporate office on May 23rd. but they have refused to contact us regarding the matter, apparently hoping we would just go away. I am now filing a complaint with the OK Attorney General and sending the story to the local news channels. Hopefully that will be enough to get a response from Miracle Ear Corporate to right the wrong. Also be aware you only have a 30 day return policy, but they will tell you that it could take weeks or even months for your brain to adjust to the new hearing aids. So you don't know if they will work until after the return period has expired.

  The quality of the product is amazing, the ability to get service or batteries is absolutely dismal as their posted hours aren’t adhered to and phone calls are not returned.

  I will never go anywhere else but Miracle Ear due to awesome service, great products and excellent personnel. Purchased my first set hearing aids here about 10 years ago. I just bought a new set. Last month, I was with My husband at Hospital Acute ICU. I could not hear the doctors & was stressed out. I called Miracle Ear to complain about not being able to hear the ICU doctors. They responded as if I was the only patient they had and they immediately went out of their way to make sure I could hear what doctors were saying. That evening a gentleman from Miracle Ear came to the hospital, picked up my hearing aids, took them back to his office, checked, cleaned and returned them the same evening "working properly" !!! I could hear doctors and nurses clearly. He was kind in his explanation of cleaning maintenance of my new hearing aids. No charge & would not accept a tip for his urgent response to my need. . Where else can you get this type service ?!!! Miracle Ear is the only place for my hearing aid purchases.

  I am doing this for my husband, Herman Graham. He is very satisified with his hearing aids. Will recommend to others. I love them too as I don't have to keep repeating things to him. Thanks!! Herman and Ann Graham
