  Attain is freakin awesome. Dr. Ben is a hoot. I was looking to get away from Crunch and any other corporation type of gym so I was happy when Attain opened up close by and loved it as soon as I stepped inside. The equipment is the nicest I've ever seen and the the place is always spotless.

  This is a fantastic gym with new very nice equipment. Also the other patrons are serious about their work out so everyone seems to be on the same mission. I'll be 68 in June and all the data says working out and staying fit is the best medicine for longevity. It's also much less expensive than a doctor or hospital. Besides the spa treatments the value added for me is the physical therapist connected to the gym that keeps me in the gym and out of the operating room.

  I joined Attain Fitness during my rehabilitation from shoulder surgery in conjunction with Attain Physical Therapy. The transition from physical therapy into fitness training felt seamless, and the team understood how to safely continue building my strength and mobility beyond rehab. What really sets Attain Fitness apart is the supportive and encouraging atmosphere combined with knowledgeable professionals. They took the time to understand my limitations, created a program tailored specifically to my recovery, and helped me regain confidence. The facility itself is brand new, spotless, and equipped with everything needed for both rehabilitation and long-term fitness goals. Thanks to Attain Fitness, my shoulder is improving every day, and I’m grateful for the care and expertise they provided throughout my recovery journey. I highly recommend them to anyone recovering from an injury, coming back after surgery, or simply looking for a first-class fitness environment with professionals who genuinely care about their clients.

  Finally a premium gym by my home! I’m so satisfied with the cleanliness, location and quality of this workout facility. I really appreciate Attain being open 24/7 to meet my workout needs. Now I don’t need to buy my own workout equipment!
