    The club is so spacious and so nice. The staff is usually always so kind and helpful. Very grateful that I was able to enjoy a great workout here and an amazing experience! Thank you again

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing. Yesterday, when we purchased a one-week pass, the employee who helped us specifically told us that the amenities, including the hydro massage, were included. Based on that information, we decided to purchase the pass. When we came back today to use the hydro massage, the manager told us it was only available to members. I understand that policies exist, but what was frustrating was that there was no effort to acknowledge that we were given incorrect information or to honor what the employee had told us. A simple apology or a one-time exception would have gone a long way. This wasn’t about the hydro massage itself—it was about customer service and standing behind the information your staff provides. I hope management does a better job of training employees and handling situations where customers are misinformed.

    So if you plan on canceling because of whatever reason or have medical issues you must stay on them to have it actually canceled.. Don’t bother asking management for a refund of previous months & even though you’re on a monthly plan you must still have 30 days notice of cancellation! DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!! They only want your Money$$

    Great gym. Connected with Logan, one of the trainers there, had a great session. Solid workout, educated me greatly on things I thought I understood about getting the best out of my workout.

    I’ve been extremely disappointed with my experience at the Jenks 10Gym location. Customer service has been one of the biggest issues. There is a staff member named Landon who consistently comes across as rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to address member concerns in a respectful manner. Instead of having direct conversations and working through issues with members, it seems concerns are escalated unnecessarily to corporate. What made the situation even more frustrating was receiving calls from corporate regarding complaints rather than having someone at the gym attempt to resolve the issue face-to-face. A fitness facility should be focused on creating a welcoming environment and building positive relationships with members, not creating unnecessary conflict. The gym itself has potential, but poor customer service and a lack of professional communication make it difficult to recommend this location. Members deserve to be treated with respect and have their concerns addressed directly and professionally. Until management improves its approach to customer service and member relations, I cannot recommend this location. -Kim
