This was one of the most disappointing gym experiences I’ve had. The facility itself is new, clean, and clearly well-maintained, which is why this review is so frustrating to write. On the surface, this looks like a solid fitness center, but the real issue is fitness center management and the overall atmosphere created by leadership.
My interaction with the manager, Landan, was disappointing. He came across as dismissive and unnecessarily hostile, which made the environment feel unwelcoming from the start. In a business built around members, wellness, and community, customer service should be a top priority. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
To be fair, a younger staff member—either Tyler or Logan—was professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help. That effort stood out and showed that not everyone at this gym operates the same way.
That said, a clean building alone does not make for a good gym experience. The lack of basic amenities like hand towels, combined with poor leadership and weak customer service, makes it hard to recommend this facility to others. Good fitness center management should create a welcoming and respectful environment, and that is where this gym is falling short.
If ownership is paying attention: the building is in good shape, but management and member treatment need serious improvement. People may join for the equipment and clean facility, but they stay because of the experience. Right now, the atmosphere does not justify returning.
