For so long I suffered thinking I was losing my mind and my body. I had so much anxiety, that it kept me from getting help. I had the extensive blood work done here and I learned alot about myself. Stephen helped me make the decision to try HRT even though I was still a little hesitant thinking what if it makes me worse or gives me awful side effects, but choosing to give it a shot has changed my life completely for the better! I just feel like me again and I just feel normal.... My husband and I can't thank Stephen enough for his compassion and knowledge. I look forward to many more visits to try some of the other services you all provide. I also wanna say the staff there are all very friendly, always welcoming and smiling!

I struggle with gastrointestinal issues that leave me nauseated and unable to keep food/liquid down for days on end. Despite telling the male employee twice that pregnancy was not a possibility, I was told I had to provide a urine sample before they would move forward because I was “of childbearing age.” It honestly felt incredibly invasive and inappropriate. I’ve received IV treatments at numerous places over the years and have never once been required to take a pregnancy test beforehand (this isn’t even a doctors office!)—especially after clearly explaining that pregnancy wasn’t possible. The entire interaction felt off and left me extremely uncomfortable. Luckily I was able to go to an urgent care who prescribed me nausea medication and recommended a mobile IV company for next time.
