  My mother took her hearing aides in over 3 months ago and mind you there was no assistant in this office when we went to the appointment (and there never was since we started going to Enid office). We called 3 weeks ago and was told they would call use back. Never got a call back. Today we called and was told by the an assistant that she couldn’t find even a work order. Later that afternoon we got a message saying the package with her hearing aides was found behind the assistant desk were it had fallen. There was no assistant when we went to this appointment so the assistant did not lose the package He chose not to be responsible and say yes I misplaced the package. Eddie the lower hearing aid hasn’t made noises since the day he gave it to her.
