  They were AMAZING! I needed to be seen for something really soon and I'd already got the run around from other doctors. Becky took my call and was extremely kind and was able to get me squeezed in the next morning. Dr. Gilchrist was awesome too and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend!

  I had an excellent experience at this clinic. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr. Pillow takes time to listen to my concerns, explains everything clearly and makes sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I never feel rushed and I appreciated how thorough and knowledgeable everyone is. The office was clean, organized, and efficient. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, high-quality care!

  Extremely thankful for Dr. Wood. My daughter was having hearing loss along with other symptoms in one ear. After seeing numerous doctors over a years span, we were referred to Dr. Wood. He actually listened to what was going on and didn't just tell us it was "allergies." Infact she had to have surgery to try to correct the issue. It was somewhat of an exploratory surgery going in because of it being in her middle ear and pertaining to the bones, but he gave us an idea of what it probably was and a game plan for each. In actuality it was an issue that very rarely occurs, her facial nerve was lying on one of the middle ear bones and had caused it to erode. She had to have a titanium piece put in to replace the eroded bone. He had only seen it one other time in his career, but he knew what to do. A year later and my daughter's hearing is as back to normal as possible and the other symptoms have subsided. I highly recommend Dr. Wood and am extremely grateful for him. Also all the staff was always extremely polite and understanding at all appointments.
