  I have been with Miracle Ear for about 4 years. I have struggled with my hearing aids and needed lots of help. At first, I did not get the help I needed. But this last year, I met with Josh at the Edmond office, and he helped me understand more about why I was struggling and encouraged me to keep trying. It worked. I then saw his wife again this May of 2026, Ash, at the Edmond office, and she was also very encouraging. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed and helped tremendously. I now know what I need to do and how to do it. Thank you Josh and Ash!
