  I have been with Miracle Ear for about 4 years. I have struggled with my hearing aids and needed lots of help. At first, I did not get the help I needed. But this last year, I met with Josh at the Edmond office, and he helped me understand more about why I was struggling and encouraged me to keep trying. It worked. I then saw his wife again this May of 2026, Ash, at the Edmond office, and she was also very encouraging. They are both very knowledgeable and helpful. I was impressed and helped tremendously. I now know what I need to do and how to do it. Thank you Josh and Ash!

  Had nothing but problems with miracle ear. Went in and they said that was no problem and would get authorization from Blue Cross blue shield. We got authorization and then nothing . Insurance called to ask why they had not filed a claim with them for the hearing aids and they said they do not file a claim until they are paid in FULL although they were told at the begining that I am on fixed income and could not pay for entire hearing aids. So six months later neither the insurance nor I can get ahold of the people at the office and now I have to start the process over with another company. Very bad experience
