  This was the worst GNC experience I’ve had anywhere in the country. I pay for a GNC membership, travel extensively for work, and have shopped at GNC locations across multiple states. I’ve never felt compelled to leave a negative review until now. I returned a product under the satisfaction guarantee because I didn’t like the taste. I had my receipt and followed the process exactly as instructed. After reviewing my receipt from the exchange, the only credit clearly shown was $4.42. There is no clear indication of where the value of the original product I returned was applied. Maybe there is an explanation. Maybe there was a processing error. But if a customer has to go home and study a receipt to understand what happened to a product they paid for, your process has failed. From my perspective, I handed over a product, received what appears to be a $4.42 credit, and then paid additional money for the replacement. Whether that is what actually happened or not, that is exactly how this transaction was presented. This isn’t about the money. It’s about trust, transparency, and principle. Customers should never leave a store feeling confused or like they just gave away a product for free. I still have my receipt and welcome management or corporate to explain exactly where the credit for my original purchase was applied. Until then, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending that my fellow gym members and training partners do the same. There are too many supplement retailers competing for our business to accept service like this. Never again.

  My husband and I went in just to look at a product I’d seen reviewed online. We were greeted immediately by the associate, Grace, who was incredibly knowledgeable about products we could use to enhance our workout. She recommended other products for us to try, and I never felt like she was trying to upset us or give us a lesser item for more money. I will 100% return to this GNC for any of my workout needs.
