The atmosphere is always so clean, inviting, and calming. I try to attend a center &.balance class at least once a week. It's like yoga meets Pilates, lol! Jacie is one of my favs. But honestly, all the teachers are really great here. I'm only at the reformer level one and those classes are intense but also super invigorating. They're not hard but they challenge your body and that's so good for longevity and overall wellness. Thank you Club Pilates for creating a space for us to heal our bodies, strengthen our bodies, and relax our minds. I'm a very grateful customer!
