I signed up for Personal Training with Dinafor to build 10 lbs of muscle and build consistency. Today, I came in with intense shoulder pain, and Dinafor helped me locate the knots, stretch, and later work out the pain. My shoulder feels 10x better than when I first came in. In addition, the 10 gym staff are all friendly and greet guests with a smile. Great job.

Been going here for at least 5 years… even through COVID. Staff (Darian and Nathan) are always friendly and welcoming. With 10 Gyms hours, always able to pop in and get in a workout anytime that works with my schedule. Try it out you won’t be disappointed. Can’t beat the price and they don’t require a contract, that you’ll never use.

Been going here for 10 years and this is the best gym by far!!!! I love walking in having Darienne greet me before every workout:) she’s the sweetest and most kindest girl. This gym strives for perfection and they’ve definately hit it!

After almost 13 years as a loyal, paying member, I was shocked and humiliated to be denied access to this gym. My payment records show that the gym continued collecting regular membership payments through ABC Fitness, including repeated charges of $27.05 and an additional charge of $59.53. If the gym believed there was a problem with my account, management should have explained it respectfully and given me a reasonable opportunity to correct it. Instead, I was turned away after years of loyalty and consistent payments. I am requesting a written explanation identifying the exact policy used to deny me access, along with reimbursement for the payments collected while I was unable to use the gym. I am prepared to provide my payment records. Until management investigates this situation and offers a fair resolution, I cannot recommend this gym. I’ve been looking for another gym to join so I can eventually leave my current gym, so I decided to try this one out for a few days\. I’ll say this: it’s spacious, has a lot of good equipment, everything is organized and clean, and the sauna is good and HOT\! 🔥 My only personal preference is that the gym is a little too quiet and calm for me\. You can hear a piece of thread hit the ground in there\! I like to train hard and intense, and I feel like doing that here would probably draw a lot of attention\. I personally prefer a more intense gym environment where there’s a little more energy and activity\. But that’s just my personal preference\. All of the workers were nice, and overall it’s a really nice, clean gym\. It’s just not the right fit for me\. Different gyms, different environments—just gotta find the one that fits you.💪🏿
