  Today, Santiago Ramirez from 101 Mobility came to our home to install a lift for my Husband's mobility scooter for the VA. His service excelled our expectations. I really felt he was honoring my Veteran Husband with the care he took! He called before he came & was prompt. He was very fast, strong & efficient. He gave excellent instructions to us, saying if we need help in the future remembering any steps we may have forgotten to call him & he left his card. All said & done was less than 2.5 hours. His person was clean as well as not leaving any mess behind. We highly recommend this company & Mr Ramirez. A breath of fresh air in today's world. Thank you 😊

  I have some serious doubts about this company. I call to check pricing they insist they have to send someone out first. Now this guy shows up, hasn't measured anything and starts trying to up sell me, then starts talking about commercial property liability and why the more expensive products are needed( even though this is a duplex in a residential neighborhood). Now that sounds like scare tactic's and if that is what goes on with the average elder potential customer then its a questionable practice. He finally measures when I refuse to be upsold and ask him to measure and get me an appointment to go see the actual equipment. He tells me someone will call me the next day. Next day comes and goes, I call and leave a message. I wait three days and call, leave a message. Day 4 I call talk to someone who tells me the person I need to talk to is sitting next to him, but is busy but she will call me in 15 minutes......No phone call. 4 days after this I get a call and they leave a message that they need a couple of details to complete the contract. I have never seen any of the chair lifts, never had a chance to see the showroom because they were supposed to set up a visit. Combine all of this and it reeks of shady. Don't think this is a company that is on the up and up. Didn't have this experience with the other two companies I finally called out of frustration with 101 mobility.

  Great and easy experience from ordering my lift for my car from Melissa to the technician that came to my apartment to install it. Saved money on it too! I was very impressed that the technician checked everything multiple times before he was satisfied that the job was done.

They expedited the process as a preferred Bruno vendor. The custom stairlift was expertly installed in a matter of hours and has been an absolute life-changer for my wife, who recently suffered a stroke. This family-owned business should be your first stop for any mobility needs.
