  Very unprofessional I have to spend the whole day waiting on them morning appointment showed up with out the part afternoon appointment 42 mins late they think a 2 hour window is OK wish the va had another company to use it's been nothing but a headache s ince they put the lift in my truck

  Nick showed up on time and did the install all alone and he was completely professional Made sure everything was on target and he was done. He is the best at his job . I highly recommend 101 mobility for a high quality ramp Thanks again 101

  My installers were clean, kind, knowledgeable! They made the process seamless and made my dad and I feel comfortable.

  I have some serious doubts about this company. I call to check pricing they insist they have to send someone out first. Now this guy shows up, hasn't measured anything and starts trying to up sell me, then starts talking about commercial property liability and why the more expensive products are needed( even though this is a duplex in a residential neighborhood). Now that sounds like scare tactic's and if that is what goes on with the average elder potential customer then its a questionable practice. He finally measures when I refuse to be upsold and ask him to measure and get me an appointment to go see the actual equipment. He tells me someone will call me the next day. Next day comes and goes, I call and leave a message. I wait three days and call, leave a message. Day 4 I call talk to someone who tells me the person I need to talk to is sitting next to him, but is busy but she will call me in 15 minutes......No phone call. 4 days after this I get a call and they leave a message that they need a couple of details to complete the contract. I have never seen any of the chair lifts, never had a chance to see the showroom because they were supposed to set up a visit. Combine all of this and it reeks of shady. Don't think this is a company that is on the up and up. Didn't have this experience with the other two companies I finally called out of frustration with 101 mobility.

  Great and easy experience from ordering my lift for my car from Melissa to the technician that came to my apartment to install it. Saved money on it too! I was very impressed that the technician checked everything multiple times before he was satisfied that the job was done.
