  MY DAUGHTER WENT AND GOT A HEARING TEST. MOVED BACK TO COLORADO AND CALLED TO ASK FOR HER RECORDS. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HER THE RECORDS UNLESS ANOTHER DR CALLED AND REQUESTED THEM. IF SHE WANTED HER OWN RESULTS SHE WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. THAT IS REDICULOUS AND NOT RIGHT

  Mr. Travis Rucker listened to the problems I've been having with my hearing aids that I got from a different location. As he was adjusting them he was explaining to me what he was adjusting and I learned more about them and the different ways they can be adjusted from him and even fine tuned them while the adjustments were being made.
