  Continued issues with refusing to deliver in a timely manner. David has an attitude, is rude and my experience with David and this pharmacy so far is patient abuse, lack of empathy, retaliation, all of which are highly unprofessional in the field of medicine. Would never recommend this pharmacy and if I had a choice I would use someone else! I wouldnt be surprised if he sends out medication that doesnt match the mg it should be with how hes treated us. Built zero trust, broken it over and over again, and don't believe him to conduct business in a proper manner that I would believe he would sabotage the medication.

  Uncooperative with ordered medication. Think they know better than the doctors ordering the prescription. Try to suggest different routines, challenging the doctors orders. Does not deliver medication timely, even when a schedule was agreed upon, and continues to short medication or not bring it all together which messes up patient routines, and/or leaves them without for hours. I Consider that as patient abuse. Unreasonably causing harm and pain to patients. *** you do not see me in your system because I am not your customer, my mother is. I am tired of having to rely on a company that has zero empathy for patients, and gets their feelings hurt when told about it. Act like professional adults, do your job, keep your word. **update- seems they must have a personal vendetta against my mother, when they are asked continuously to do better and still continue to not. Changes have been made in hope you would do your part better and still zero change. Seems personal.
