  I WAS a longtime Walgreens Customer until they started messing up my medications. At times they claimed that it was NOT covered by my insurance, even though MY DOCTORS MMADE SURE IT WAS before they prescribed the meds. Other times, it would take up to a week to get meds filled and mist of the times they decided to only PARTIALLY fill my scripts. Last straw was a few months ago, when they told me that my meds was no longer covered and I would have to get a "prior approval form" filled out (AGAIN) from my doctor, but even if that would be done by my doctor, it would take 5 days to fill it. Called Family Pharmacy of Catoosa right after that & spoke to David. He assured me that this could not be true and I gave him the list of my meds. He told me that everything on my list, was all VERY common meds & he ALWAYS assures to have plenty on hand. Switched my pharmacy IMMEDIATELY and within an hour EVERY SINGLE REFILL was ready for me to be picked up. They also offer home delivery without charge, which Walgreens NEVER offered. Haven't used rhe home delivery yet, but knowing that they do, is DEFINATELY a plus.

  The entire staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this pharmacy over walmart or reese's for sure.

  Labels are fading off of all of my grandmothers pill bottles and she doesn't know what is what. This problem is reoccurring and they have yet to purchase new labels. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS
