These workers just want you find your fit of frames so you feel confident and are able to see, some frames are a bit pricey but there are a wide variety of frames to pick between, my visits have been great I would of liked it if I was told if my frames were broken it can be replaced with minimal charge, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t deserve a lower rating great service.
