- MGMichael GranoneOct 3, 20265.0Great customer service. Just replaced my nosepieces
- RBRicki BuckleySep 5, 20261.0I showed up 15 min before closing and encountered hostility. My daughter picked out 2 frames quickly. They told me her glasses wouldn't be ready today (obviously). A woman showed up and cleared the register of cash (fine, I was planning to pay with a card). Then I asked them to look up the cost of both frames. The woman in charge closed out their system while the male employee was looking up the cost. He asked her what was going on. She said the system shuts down automatically after 5 p.m. I took my daughters prescription and left. Completely unprofessional. They made us feel unwelcome and like a burden.
