  I had a problem with one of my hearing aids and he fixed it.! I have an appt coming up and plan on purchasing a new pair. Very professional and friendly.

  I have had hearing aids for over 10 years and I have been seen several Audiologist over the years but my experience at American Hearing with Gary Pagett was way above all the other experiences. I learned so many things and he was so patient with the entire visit. The reception was absolutely amazing. She was very professional and made me feel so comfortable. GREAT, EXCEPTIONAL experience!   I’ve been a customer for three years. I went today to have them look at the hearing aid I purchased last year which is not working and the lady was very very rude. Wanted me to pay $75 in advance and then make an appointment for a new hearing aid. I had the worst experience today. I’m not gonna go to the details.
